Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026.

These terms cover both using this website and attending a Propaganda event. By using this site, submitting a demo, or attending one of our events, you accept them.

Who we are

This website is operated by Propaganda Events BV, Veldenbergstraat 73A5, 2320 Merksplas, Belgium, VAT BE 1028.482.090.

Using this website

This website is provided as-is. Event lineups, dates, venues, and other content are subject to change without notice, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Demo submissions

By submitting a demo, you confirm that you own the rights to the material you submit, or have permission from whoever does. Submitting a demo does not guarantee a response, a release, or any other commitment on our part.

Tickets

Tickets for our events are sold through third-party ticketing providers linked from this site. Their own terms and conditions, refund policy, and fees apply to any purchase — we are not the seller of record for those transactions.

Entry & ID

A valid ticket is required for entry and is valid only for the date and event stated on it — it is not exchangeable or refundable by us once purchased, except where required by law. Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the venue. Where an event has an age restriction, valid photo ID may be required at the door, and entry can be refused without one.

Prohibited items & conduct

For everyone's safety, the following are not allowed inside our events: weapons of any kind, pyrotechnics or fireworks, drugs, outside food or drink, professional recording equipment, and animals (service animals excepted). We may also refuse or remove anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, has previously been banned, appears intent on causing trouble, uses hate speech or displays racist or otherwise discriminatory symbols or gestures, or engages in unauthorized commercial activity (including unauthorized reselling of tickets) on site.

Security & searches

Venue security may carry out bag and body searches as a condition of entry. Restricted and staff-only areas, stages, and structures may not be accessed by visitors, and fire exits and emergency routes must be kept clear at all times. Anyone removed from an event for breaching these terms is not entitled to re-entry or a refund, and event organizers may deny entry or interrupt an event where reasonably necessary for safety, even to a visitor holding a valid ticket.

Photography & filming

Our events are photographed and filmed for promotional purposes and for venue security. By attending, you accept that you may appear in resulting photos or footage, which we may publish on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear in promotional material, let our staff know on the day and we'll do our reasonable best to accommodate that, though we can't guarantee removal from wide crowd shots or security footage. Where required for safety or by law (for example a request from police or another authority), limited personal data such as your name may be shared with the relevant authority or venue.

Cancellations & changes

We try to avoid it, but an event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled — including for reasons outside our control (force majeure), such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue or public-safety issues. Where a ticketed event is cancelled outright, refunds (where due) are handled by the ticketing provider you purchased from, under their own terms. Except where required by law, tickets are otherwise non-refundable, including if you're simply unable to attend.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events (for example travel or accommodation costs), except where that loss results from our own negligence or willful misconduct, or in cases where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be brought before the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
