This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Propaganda collects through this website, why, for how long, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Propaganda Events BV ("Propaganda", "we", "us"), Veldenbergstraat 73A5, 2320 Merksplas, Belgium, VAT BE 1028.482.090. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any question or request, contact us at info@propaganda-events.com.
Data you submit to us
If you submit a demo through our Demos page, we collect your name, artist name, email address, track URL, and Instagram/TikTok handle. We use this only to review your submission and to reply to you — for example to invite you to work with us, or to let you know it isn't a fit this time. We keep demo submissions for up to 24 months so we can revisit past submissions and follow up on ones we're interested in, then delete them.
If you contact us by email, we use the information you send only to handle that conversation, and keep it for as long as reasonably needed to do so.
Data we collect automatically
We only collect analytics data about your visit if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — see our Cookie Policy for exactly which cookies that sets. If you accept, we record: the pages you view, the site or search engine you arrived from, your IP address, your approximate location (derived from that IP address), your browser, operating system and device type, and which buttons or links you click. This data is tied to a random ID stored in a cookie on your device, not to your name or email address, unless you separately give us that information (for example by also submitting a demo).
We keep this analytics data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted. If you decline the cookie banner, none of this is collected.
Our admin team's login sessions are also managed with a cookie, but this is set only when a team member logs into the back office to manage the site — never for ordinary visitors.
Why we process your data
We process demo submissions and contact emails on the basis of your consent in submitting them to us, and our legitimate interest in running our record label and responding to enquiries. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time as described below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run this website on our behalf — for example our hosting provider and our email delivery provider — who process data only under our instructions and only to provide that service. If you buy a ticket to one of our events, that purchase is handled entirely by the third-party ticketing provider linked from our event pages; their own privacy policy governs that transaction, not this one. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, for example to law enforcement or regulators.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask us to: give you access to the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it's inaccurate; delete it; restrict how we use it; or provide it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent — such as for analytics cookies — you can withdraw that consent at any time, with no effect on anything we did with your data before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@propaganda-events.com. We'll respond within one month.
If you believe we've mishandled your personal data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change what we collect or why. The date at the top shows when it was last revised — please check back occasionally.
